Confusing Words Review

Go to Labels and review the confusing words (up until December 2009). Then look at the following sentences and decide if they are right or wrong. Correct them if they are wrong.

  1. He hasn't attended the last two meetings.
  2. I am in my second year of my law career at university.
  3. My doctor made me some proofs.
  4. A: Can I try it on? B: Yes, the changing rooms are over there.
  5. Let's go to the shadow. It's too hot in the sun.
  6. Where's he living actually?
  7. A: Do you care if I open the window? B: Not at all.
  8. A: I think I'm getting constipated. B: You should take some aspirin and lots of vitamin C.
  9. The party was funny. I met a lot of nice people.
  10. I fell asleep so I don't know what happened in the end.
  11. I think it's just a topic. I know many Catalans and they aren't mean at all.

It´s Carol. How is being your Christmas?I hope you are having a very good days in your country and with your family and friends. I have had hard days because my grandmother has been at the hospital but now she is at home, so much better now.
about the exercise I´ll try but I think that it´s a little bit difficult...

I hope that you managed to enjoy the holidays in the end.

I had a very quiet time with my parents but it was just what I needed.

I got back yesterday, a day later than planned. As usual my journey wasn't easy. I'll tell you about it another time.
